What is AI and how does it fit within our regulatory landscape?

Central to the second quarter of #thelawoftech podcast Season 3, we have aimed to set the scene for our discussion starting from the fundamentals.

In the latest episode, entitled: “How does AI fit within the EU AI regulatory landscape? A discussion in light of the EU AI Act”, we interviewed a well-established rising star in the legal field: Racheal Muldoon, Barrister at Maitland Chambers.

Racheal is a dynamic member of Maitland Chambers with an impressively diverse commercial practice. She is an expert at the intersection of emerging technologies with extensive experience in civil fraud practice, particularly in the field of crypto asset recovery, both domestically and internationally.

Following our panel at The AI Summit in London last June, we were eager to further discuss with Racheal and go more into depth on the EU AI proposal, to discover the topic through the lenses of a legal practitioner shaping today’s law and technology debates in court.
