This is the central question we have wanted to address at The Law of Tech at the start of season 3 of the show, just after encountering the fascinating paper “Law + Technology” written by dr. Thibault Schrepel, Associate Professor at VU University, Amsterdam.

Central to the first quarter of The Law of Tech podcast Season 3, we wanted to set the scene of our discussion to understand whether we are facilitating a shift in focus in the field of legal innovation by changing our approach to this matter in line with the importance of problems, the ideation and adoption of new solutions, and the need for interdisciplinary collaboration.
